Extremely quick interview, with barely any questions about my capabilities asked. Employer didn't even have enough courtesy to respond afterwards, after being told they would get back to me with a yes or no. Could have just spoken over the phone for the 5 minutes and now wasted time driving to their office for nothing. Was offering an extremely low salary for a mortgage loan processor position, the bonus was decent - but apparently your pipeline would be minimal with 5-10 loans.
