- phone interview initially - in person interview after with 2 guys (sales manager, recruitment head) - bunch question asked relating to experience, and suitability for the role - never received a call to inform if I was successful/unsuccessful Very poor and unprofessional conduct. Now I see why there’s such huge turnover of staff. Management is very young and haven’t yet learned the importance and value of respect, especially since I’ve taken my time to come into their office.
