The interviews are not like any other interviews I've had before, they don't ask you the basic questions you always expect. Just kind of want to know more about your scenarios from previous jobs and how you handle them. Interviews are super casual, I loved it...makes you feel comfortable.

Entretien
3 interviews. First with a team manager, second interview with two people - team manager/coach, and the third interview was with 2 team members. It was a really pleasant process! The interviews and offer all happened within a week.

What is feedback you received in the past? Was the feedback something you could recognise in yourself?
The interview process was easy and quick. I interviewed during the height of the pandemic, so the interview process was conducted via Zoom and it was a two-part interview process

Entretien
It really short process. I met my Team Lead and my manager. They we’re really friendly and welcoming. They gave me an assignment as well. I met my futur colleague too, they we’re also really nice and finally I got the job!
