I applied through employee referral and received an email from the Talent Acquisition a week later scheduling a 30 min call with PM to learn more about my background. Next step was a week-long assignment which I completed on time and received a call the next day about moving to the next step: F2F interview with 2 PMs to discuss my presentation and check my cognitive and professional skills as well as my language abilities (the primary working language of the company (TLV office) is Hebrew). The interview took 1 hour, it was pretty laid-back and interviewers were really nice. I received a call the next morning telling me that they decided not to proceed. The steps after that would be 2 more interviews with seniors. I appreciated their prompt updates on the process. My recommendation to other candidates would be: try to get as precise information as possible regarding what they are looking for in the perfect candidate and what are their decision criteria.

Fast, pleasant, interviewer was very friendly, it was a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager, most of the time she explained about the company and the role, and most questions were about what I am looking for, and what are my drivers
