Recruiter was helpful in scheduling everything and responsive/knowledgeable when answering questions. Actual interview was straightforward and the supervisor who interviewed me was very personable. All phases of the interview were done either telephonically or virtually.

The interview process was easy. Now everything is online so for some people that may not feel too comfortable but the interviewers make people feel welcome. The questions are more conversational and not too hard.
