Interviewed with supervisor for approximately 1 hour. Discussed what was expected, that there were three shifts that work on a rotating basis every four months. Was shown basic things that would be required on a daily basis. Was asked if I would have a problem calling a manager in the middle of the night for an emergency server issue as it rarely happens, but is necessary at times. Got tour of working area and met other staff. Was then introduced to Operations Manager and was told they had other interviews to do and I'd be notified of next step if I was selected for position.
