I was contacted pretty fast. I really appreciate I managed to meet the manager and have a decent conversation about my skills and job role before commiting to anything. Furthermore, I even went on a full day of work with the team as part of the interview to see what they did and who the clients were. I really appreciate the fact they were honest with me from the start, didn't make any false promises and told me they wanted to develop people from an entry level. The entry level seemed simple and actually quite rewarding, so I had a good time with the team.

I was invited for a short face to face interview with the managing director. I found the experience quite enlightening. I didn't have to prepare to sell my skills on the table, but he rather spent some time to understand my expectations and ambitions first. He wanted to make sure I would be a match for the team before proceeding any further. I went back for a second interview, met the team, got to see a full day of work from A to Z, learned about the company structure, the work, the clients, the results, etc. I liked the fact there was a lot of freedom and involvement as a human being. I immediately noticed the positives in their inhouse training, with coaches who cared about the development of the team. The day finished with an evaluation from the MD, making a final offer depending on how the day had gone.
