Since Legalis operates on a workforce of about 40% unpaid interns, the interview process is relatively easy and has a low criteria for success. The initial interview is usually carried out by an intern to foster an easy-going environment. You are primarily assessed on your level of English, supposing English isn't your native language. You will likely be walked through the fact that you are unpaid and it will be checked that you will need sufficient finances to cover your accommodation etc.
