the background proicess took so long i missed the training class. Mgt never reached out to me in 3/12 weeks. I quit my job for nothing . their verifiers are based out of the philipines. I literally gave my info to someone in the philipines. I would never reccomend applying there unless you are desperate

Easy process, very fast. Just gotta understand how to sale. Also, do a practice run too. To make sure you understand the script. There will be three rounds to the interview.
Got scanned in with my id and was told sit down and wait. While waiting you could see and hear unprofessional employees chatting loud. Got a tour of the Austin office and it seemed nice.
Found out the people i had interviewed with they lied to my recruiter about the answers I gave. None of them smiled on camera.
Weird and negative experience all around
