I went to open house,got a call back for a interview. then came in for the second interview with six managers.b Then I waited 2 business days for a answer...still waiting on the first business day. interviewers were great. energy is very important!

Simple and easy. They ask about your skill and just speak on your resume. Overall they were interested in me as a person. They later called me for the job and I accepted

First you are pre-screened by phone. Then if selected, you come in for an interview with the hiring manager. After you pass that process, you may be asked to come in for a final interview. Then if you are hired, you come in for orientation.
