It was well structured at first, and then collapsed into a shambles after the 3rd round. They asked me to come in for additional interviews, changed the job title, and eventually decided not to hire anyone at all. I think they were going a reshuffle at the top at the time.

Long and protracted - HR were very slow to move on with the process but hiring manager was pleasant. Overall process was satisfactory. Had competing offers and opted for a traditional buy side firm.
