One question: Solve this problem and if you do you get hired on the spot. Met with multiple managers who were not very nice and very busy. 3 rounds of interviews with multiple people per round

There were two (2) rounds of interviews. The questions were fairly easy and to the point. They took around 1-2 months to get back to me with an answer. I declined the offer because I got an offer from other place first.
