Fantastic and clear interview process! 1. HR Call: I heard from the recruiter the same day I applied on LinkedIn - quick chat (including about salary) and sent me details for an online coding challenge and more details in an email. 2. Online test - multiple choice based on C# and JavaScript, found this quite difficult. But it's timed to 30mins so big time commitments. 3. Technical Interview: I didn't do amazing in the above test, but they were still happy to proceed me to the technical interview, with head of engineering and a senior engineer. Half discussion of experience, half technical questions (e.g. about managed / unmanaged code) 4. Behavioural Interview: chatting with consultants / PMs at the company. Great discussion, mainly behavioural and managing stress etc. 5. CEO Chat: a relaxed conversation with the CEO to know each other better. Very friendly and a positive discussion! All interviews were in person. Moved very quickly, this process took ~2 week IIRC with very clear steps and communication throughout.
