The interview process has been very smooth. My first conversation was with Kristin, the HR professional, who was both knowledgeable and genuinely interested in learning about my experience. The second interview with the managers had a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Although I went into the process feeling a bit nervous, they quickly put me at ease and maintained full transparency throughout.

How would you address any discrepancies found with the company being audited?
The interview process took about an hour and a half. It was a great opportunity to learn more about both the position and about Legacy. It also gave me the opportunity to learn about the team and ask questions. Great experience overall.

Entretien
The interview process was very informative and provided valuable insight into the role and company expectations. It wasn’t necessarily easy, but it also wasn’t overly difficult—it was a fair and thorough assessment of my skills and experience. In addition to the interview questions, they also administered a 15-minute Excel test to evaluate my proficiency. This was a great way for them to gauge my skill level in a practical setting. Overall, the process challenged me while allowing me to showcase my strengths.
