First interview was a group meeting on Zoom. Second interview was in person in Hayward, CA. The office was still being renovated and the current staff mentioned that they were all relocated from out of state. The first interviewer I met asked questions and the second interviewer went over the compensation. The compensation did not match what was said over Zoom. They offer a very low salary or 100% commission. They described a chart showing how you can progress and be promoted to the top within the year. The job was to go door to door to sell water. MLM
