Entretien
First, there is a quick phone interview. Afterwards they ask you download the free version of Quickbooks online for a test. I was interviewed by two people. They will ask you behavioural questions and your background/interests. Then they will test you on your ability to navigate through Quickbooks online.

They will ask you about your goals and personality.
How would you explain some type of accounting concept to a client(such as income stmt)?
Your progress in the CPA program and how you plan on meeting on all your requirements (since this is a bookkeeping company).
How would you interact with a client? (I recall one of a few being do you prefer to meet with a client by face or phone).
On QBO, they will test you on navigation. Make sure to know all your reports and statements.
