Interview starts with a tour of the building then a written task asking what you would do in the scenario written on the paper. The interview then takes place with questions about how would you deal with a safe guarding concern, how would you deal with students fighting and to explain the PREVENT programme. They also required interviewees to ask three questions to the team interviewing.
