The interview process was nearly non-existent, I was literally hired on the spot and started working the very next day. Interviewer ended up being my boss, was very chill and just talked to me about my time in California. No behavioral questions were asked.
Ended up working for almost a week before my tax forms and other employee information was processed.

Entretien
You apply in the store by filling out an application. You are then required to met with the manager for a brief interview. After completing the interview, if you are a candidate, you will be asked when you are available to start working. you will be trained promptly and immediately start your job with Ledo's.
