I applied through indeed.com. I got a call from the HR, she was very nice and professional.
She did quick interview on the phone. A week or 10 days later I did the interview.
I met with the HR first and then the Team Lead Technical Support and with the Director of Operations. They were very nice and professional.

Question 1
The questions were straight. Normal interview question in a smart why.

In short: inconsiderate waste of time.
After applying I was emailed quickly—within the week—by Cassi Hudson to set up an interview. The initial email included specified dates and times, all two-hour blocks. I responded with my desired date and time and received no response. As the interview date neared, I emailed Cassi again asking if the interview was still on/confirmed. She responded that it was.
Given the two-hour block, I expended this to be an extensive initial interview but it ended up being a quick, 10-minute phone screen. This was disappointing given I took time off my current job to set aside for this interview.
After the phone screen with 3 questions tops I was asked if I had any questions. I asked what the next steps were and if there's a specified timeframe I should expect to hear back from the company. Cassi said she would forward these notes over to the manager in charge of this division and would MAYBE hear back from him when he gets to it. "Hopefully not too long" she said. There were also basic questions I had about the size of the team and company structure, all of which she said she would get back to me on.. Needless to say, I highly doubt I ever will.
Right away I knew this was not a serious position in a serious company. The entire interview was short and cold. I honestly felt like I wasted my time and effort I could have spent interviewing for a different company.
