3. First Skype interview (no camera) with recruiter
4. Got accepted for 2nd interview but I declined - ridiculous low salary, especially as a freelancer and very impersonal communication

Systematic and straightforward. It doesn't have two many rounds and responses are very swift. I like the way interview was conducted when I joined almost ten years ago. The Recruitment lady was friendly.

It was a video interview. Nice and informative conversation with HR specialist. Asked typical interview questions and was active listener. He described the position and recruitment procedure very well. I recommend.
