Found the job posting on the LPI website and submitted my resume and basic application through the website. I was contacted by email soon after, and invited to come in for an interview. I interviewed with two current staff members, both of whom had the same job title as the one I was applying for. After a week or so, I was told I would be called back for a second interview, where I would be asked to do a 30 minute presentation. After a few days, after trying to schedule said follow-up interview, I was told I would not be advancing in the application process.
