To become Project Manager first you apply after getting the requisite endorsements from 2-3 Project managers (People who can recommend you). Your application is reviewed and you get an appointment for an interview if you qualify. The interview is for 30 minutes with a Senior Development Manager and you get 2 reviews with 2 Customer Satisfaction Managers.
