Highly unprofessional selection process. Bait and switch going in there. They offered me an initial salary and afterwards they changed the terms of the offer. I have never experienced such a unprofessional behaviour from a company.

The interview process was great, and the people were friendly. It was more than a conversation, rather an interview. In addition to discussing the company's goals, they detailed the job description.
