Phone call with recruiter, technical round with both manager and VP at the same time, and last round with HRBP. Overall smooth process, lots of questions based on previous work experiences and some situational based questions.

The interview process started with Quick introductory session with HR Regional - Interview with User - Peer Discussions - Interview with HRBP - Offer - Sign Contract - Background Check. Due to the holiday break, the process took about a month until the offer was made. However, it’s a bit unusual that the background check only began after the contract was signed.
