First a written exam and then a virtual interview. The exam was a closed universe set of facts and law and was given a 2-hour time limit to complete. J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lawyers for Employee and Consumer Rights en févr. 2020
Entretien
I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then a 2 hour test where I had to write a demand letter (similar to a PT for the bar exam), then I had a video conference interview with one of the managing partners. About a week or so after that I got a phone call from HR letting me know I got the job. All total I think it was about a month - 3 week long process. They let me know what the next step was and they were very communicative.
