First got an email from my college (Berkeley) saying they want an extra student programmer at the Lab, so I went ahead and applied. Few days later I got an email back saying they wanted me for an interview. Questions were very general. It seemed they just liked my resume and just wanted to see if I was a sociable person. I showed some interest in the technologies at work in the Lab, and they let me in.
