First, there was a fifteen minute phone interview. General questions were asked as well as a couple questions about my experience. Next, the in person interview lasted a total of an hour to hour and 15 min. The HR representative first talked with me about the company and benefits of the position. Then, I was taken to another room and was interviewed by two enrollment managers. The interview was difficult. The managers asked behavioral and situational questions that made me reflect on experience and education. Overall, they were nice but stern in their questions.
Phone interview went well. I was interviewed by two men the director and one hiring manager. Questions were unclear. Director was a little harsh. A lot of questions. Got a call from HR didn’t want to move forward and she didn’t give me any feedback as to why. Sucks because I needed this job and worked hard for the interview. My advice is study hard for this interview.

Recruiter calls, screens you and schedules an in-person interview.
The in-person interview included a lot of behavioral questions like "how would you handle a situation like this" and "tell me about a time when you had this happen".
Interviewed by two of the managers - both were super nice and it was not scary at all.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1

The procedure went smoothly and was easy to follow even though there were several steps to pass. It was my first job interview that I went through until the final and was a good experience.
