I was asked to complete a design task for Laura James, which I submitted with thoughtful recommendations. Despite following up, I received no feedback or communication afterward. Weeks later, I noticed that some of my suggestions had been implemented on their site, which was disappointing given the lack of acknowledgment or transparency. The experience felt exploitative and unprofessional.

It was a great process and the manager I was interviewed by was very friendly, it took a few weeks to get an answer but I highly recommend applying here
