First interview was not too bad the CEO was easy to like. The 2nd round interview with the calculations, thinking from their client's perspective, and some of the ROI, KPI, and target market strategies. What was good, was that they gave me the answers and educated me versus eliminating me.

3 part interview process: first is an initial meeting to go over resume and company overview, second is one on one with hiring manager, third is to cap everything off with a job shadow day and see everything matches in person
