I'd applied for an intern position in HR. They use work samples for selection of candidates & the founder (Vaibhav) himself oversees the process. The environment seemed pretty friendly but there's a catch no matter the role you apply for it basically asks you to deliver sales. Even for HR, I was indirectly supposed to make sales so keep that in mind.

There was basically a friendly chat to get to know each other a little bit & then tasks were assigned so the selection was based on that performance(number of sales).
