It was very good experience with lnt during interview. only technical question were asked and panel was supportive. it was held in iit madras with help of theirr team along with people from lnt

very lengthy interview process in the company. Long time for HR team to respond. Processes are good but they take a lot of time. Not sure what exactly does it take to communicate a yes or no to the prospect at the earliest.

Entretien
Firstly there was a two minute extempore which was followed by a technical round. The technical round extended to 15 minutes. Questions related to all the domains (design and thermal) were asked.

Very good team and valuable.
Overall experience is very good, atleast you have to face 4 to 5 rounds depends on the team you have been selected.
Be prepared for the interview unless otherwise you can't crack the interview process.
