It's non standard. They do have requirement from abroad. They want to recruit some who have skillset even minimum is enough to get selected. The interviewer asked silly questions on Electrical and Electronics and I answered very silly. They told got rejected but selected after two days of contemplations. Not standard at all.

Entretien
The interviewer joins the call and she didn't ask me about anything. Just started with the question and the interview was just for 5 min. She only asked one question. She was not even listening to me answering the questions and then I got rejected.
The interviewer was really really rude. it's good that I'm not going into such companies. If they behave like this with a stranger, the I pity on the employees working with them.
