The interview was conducted online. I was given about 2 weeks to prepare, and the interview consisted of a demo tutoring session for 10 min on a topic of my choice. The next 20 min were spent on interview questions about myself.

You are asked to introduce yourself, then you present a 15 minute sample tutoring session which you've prepared in advance to demonstrate the way you teach, followed up with different questions

The format of the interview is as follows;
1 Introduction (briefly introduce yourself and your background)
2 Demonstration (pretend to hold a lesson for one of the IB subject topics picked by the recruiter)
3 General questions (scenario-based questions and practical questions such as schedule)

How do you think your demo lesson went?
What would you do if a student shows up at your lesson stressed and concerned about the upcoming exams?
