Submitted my resume with HR. Got first telephone interview with hiring manager in about a week. Later after a week, first round of interviews with two FD managers. Lots of behavioral questions typical to customer service area. It took about 1.5-2h. Second round was much shorter and relaxed, two interviews: with HR director and hotel manager. Mostly they tried to figure out your personality and friendliness scale.

They made me wait one plus hours for interview; I wished they were more honest about honoring the appointment time. I had to return twice to finalize the interview process. Once the job offer was extended, it was a smooth process.

Attended the job fair, lots of people, set up nicely. I first interviewed with HR. They asked me very general questions. Next you interview with the manager of the department you applied for. This was more in depth and solely about the position you applied for.
