Basically a meet and greet. What hours are you available to work. Little explaination about job. Held in the back stock room of a Sears store. It was very loud and very cold. Sears was using the HR rooms for their interviews so we got stuck in the back room that was really strange.

Entretien
Received a call to interview with the DD for Lands' End on March 28. After a successful interview, was required to go online and complete an online assessment for Sears. Received a call from Sears to interview with the Soft line ASM on May 9. Asked to return to interview with the Store Director on May 10. Received a call and offered the position 2 days later.
