Entry Level- Test of sanity. Multiple phone interviews and in person interview. Online application process took several hours with endless questions, sometimes the same question just literally explained in less words. What Customer Service means to you in 50 words or less. What Customer Service means to you in 20 words or less...Hopefully they've made this process better since I applied years ago. Still I believe at the time there were 90+ people applying for like 6 openings for the position I applied for.
Mid-Level- Phone interview and multiple in person interviews. This seemed to go much better but did not have great follow up on the position details itself after I accepted the offer. It was 2 months before I actually started the job. Management seemed too busy to actually get me in the position. When it go there it was clear that I was hired to replace someone who had left over 6 months prior and the area was desperate for me to help right away.
