They called me in to schedule an interview. Both manager and assistant manager were present and asked questions. Both extremely kind and made me feel comfortable during the interview. Was offered the job at the spot.

Entretien
Had a phone interview (15 minutes) with HR and then an in-person interview (1 hour) with the Branch Manager & Assistant Manager. Interviews were more like a conversation than an "interview". Unlike other banks or credit unions, they did not read off questions from a packet or write my answers down. It was a two-way conversation. I could tell the managers enjoyed their jobs and were happy to work at Landmark. Heard back the next day with a job offer.

It was a great interview. The 2 interviewers were nice and thorough. The people were super nice, they asked good questions and was very down to earth. I hope that I get a callback and get the job.
