Was boring, they did a presentation to explain the company history "yawn" I find it a bit irrelevant and big waste of time, also they gave me a weird offer of relocation package, that I have to pay everything myself to travel to Finland, which I find not generous

It is an online interview of one hour. They are very basic questions related to technology. Interview level is medium.
You need good communication skills because you need to interact with people across the world.

Entretien
The interview process consists of three rounds. The first is a technical coding round focusing on DSA topics like arrays and strings. Next is a technical interview on .NET Core concepts and databases, followed by an HR round assessing communication and behavioral skills.

Entretien
Hard to pinpoint exactly why but the interview process was a tad bit degrading. The recruiter starting giving unsolicited advice and was very condescending about it. Lots of assumptions being made during the interview.
