I went to the interview and met multiple folks. They were great at explaining the work environment and all the opportunities. I took a personality test which is pretty standard these days.

I started out as temporary employee for six months. It appears that they don't hire before your six months. As a temporary employee you don't find out a lot of pertinent information until after you accept the position. Lucky me!
