HR phone screen, in person interview with leaders, coworkers, and team members. The a 2nd interview with Executive leaders. It was a good process that gave a very transparent overview of the organization and the role.

Shame to not even be called for an interview as a former employee who left in good standing with the organization. Explored external options due to what is said on similar posts about difficulty to move up and pay. After achieving so many accolades to not even get a call to discuss is disappointing.
