I was contacted by HR and they set up and interview time around my work schedule since my company did not know I was looking to leave. I was contacted by e-mail by HR and a second interview was set up with the department head followed up with an interview with the other 2 attorneys I would be working with. At the end of the second interview, they made a generous offer which I accepted.
