i had a day long 8:00 am to 4:00 pm interview, 6 person interview, lunch, lab tour and presentation an other interview and information session with HR
I have also had invterview with VP that was cool.
lots of technical questions, and they know what to ask be careful what you say it will be the next question

First a phone screening with the recruiter, then a 30 min call with the hiring manager to go over my experience, then a 3 hour panel with 30 minute interviews with senior engineers about the projects I've worked on

It was a campus placement at IIT Madras. 1st round as written test with conceptual (derivation type) problems ranging from various domains of mechanical engineering.
2nd round was technical interview where they asked questions from various aspects of mechanical engineering and my masters project the interview went on for about an hour. 3rd round was the HR round where they asked situational questions it was about 30-45 mins long

Last question in tech round- If you are the design engineer of spacecraft which is being designed for intergalactic travel can you design a propulsion system that can propel the ship for about 40-50 years. The question is open-ended and they told me they don't expect a correct answer for the same
