I had a very bad experience during the interview with Lam Research. It was a panel interview involving HR, hiring manager and site safety officer. While the interview was on progress, i was intimidated with the HR personnel keeps looking and texting her phone. I felt disrespected as an applicant. I was disturbed and distracted by the behaviour she has shown during the interview.
