Told to have 3 rounds of interviews. Took almost a month to complete the three interview as the schedule of upper management is very packed. Ended up told to have one final 4th round and by time was offered by another company hence declined. Overall interview smooth and interviewer is nice enough to let you know how the job scope and working environment will be like. Just that be flexible enough for the interview schedule as you’ll need to accommodate with their scheduled time.

During the interview, the hiring manager appeared disengaged and repeatedly scrolled his phone while I was answering questions. This happened several times and came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, the HR manager interrupted me multiple times while I was responding, which made it difficult to properly communicate my answers. Overall, the interview experience felt unwelcoming and poorly conducted. It was disappointing, especially for a company of this reputation, and it raised concerns about the team’s professionalism and workplace culture.
