A previous work history with customer service was a factor in thier hiring process. The caring of young adults with brain injury was a positive transfer of skills. Although I had alot more office exeperience. They would rather place me with clients in need of basic day to day life skills.

This company had a long orientation process that taught you through everything that someone with brain injury would struggle with ; and how they could learn from a set of scheduled events and activities that happened on a regular basis. Most of thier questions related on some level to this process then I needed to integrate into thier schedules.
