I was contacted by a recruiter for this position. He then scheduled a phone interview to talk to the company's CTO. Then during the spring I talked to the CTO about 4 times and met him for an face to face interview. Then I got a new interview to meet with him and the CEO for the last interview. They checked with my references and I got an offer.
