I was given the questions for the first part of the interview. I had 15 minutes to review them and make some notes. Then I was interviewed by the director and business manager. They were very approachable and knowledgeable. It was a straightforward, fair experience. Then I got a tour of the library followed by about an hour interview with all the other managers. They were down to earth and professional. It was a fair and comfortable experience.
