Driving to Kroger to sell nonsense that folks don’t need. They pretty much tell you it’s door to door type selling. They also weren’t honest in the interview process and didn’t tell me it was going to be selling nonsense.

First I received a telephone Interview with questions. They invite everybody to the interview.
20 min. Interview with questions to my resume and explanation ot the job. Next applicants already waited. She had 27 interviews that day. The HR person was all the time on the phone.
Interview at the event booth in the retail store with questions then Phone interview. For me a booth in a retail store is not an event. And working there is not a Marketing Coordinator position. They promise that you´ll be a Executive Manager after 6-8 month but you still have to be on the events selling their whole range of products to the customer. Your income is based on your selling success. That´s the reason I declined the job.
