Applied online, received an email a day later to set up a 30 min phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager. Interview covered my work history, interview questions, and overview of the position, along with salary expectations. Was notified within a week that they wanted to set up a 1 hour in person interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the VP of Financial Crimes & BSA at the HQ's in Monona.
In person interview consisted of introductions, behavioral & experience related questions from both interviewers, and any questions I had. They provided a folder with the job description, co values, branch locations, and the benefits guide.
Received a call a week later that they decided to hire an internal candidate.
