Sent my resume and cover letter directly to their email which was a bit different from how most schools hiring process. Got scheduled for panel interview via google teams that lasted around half an hour. Interviewers were polite and friendly. Follow up process was a little disappointing since they ghosted after interview. Other than that it was smooth sailing.
